Refund Policy

Free closed beta. Paid memberships are not on sale yet.

Obvious Later is currently running a free closed beta. Paid memberships are not being sold, no checkout is available, and no payments are collected.

When paid memberships go on sale, every membership purchase comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. You can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date. Refunds are processed by Paddle, our reseller and Merchant of Record.

Your legal rights

This guarantee is in addition to your legal rights and never replaces them. Consumers in Brazil have a 7-day right of withdrawal under article 49 of the Consumer Defense Code (Código de Defesa do Consumidor). Consumers in the EU, EEA and UK have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Where the law gives you more, the law applies.

How to cancel

You can cancel at any time in Billing or at paddle.net. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

How to request a refund

Go to paddle.net and look up your order, or write to us at obviouslater.hq@gmail.com or through the in-product support form. We reply within 5 business days.

Sponsorships are business purchases invoiced directly by 106 Enterprises Ltda. They are not sold through Paddle and are not covered by this policy.
